Erinacus Consulting Limited was founded in November 2024. We provide a range of Contracting Strategy and Management services to help businesses to sign good contracts and then deliver them successfully.

Aimed primarily at the SME market, Erinacus bridges the gap between full time in house legal support (which most SMEs don't have the budget or requirement for) and simply relying on internet searches and word of mouth advice; providing common sense, business focused and (largely) jargon free approach to effective contracting.

Erinacus provides clear, practical support across the full contracting lifecycle - helping businesses to sign good contracts and then to deliver them successfully. This can cover the basics like reviewing and improving your business templates (NDAs, standard terms, proposals etc) through to building business-centric approval and handover processes and ongoing contract performance tracking and change management systems. We also offer user-friendly summaries, trackers, and coaching to help your team work with confidence. Whether you're building from scratch or improving what's already in place, Erinacus tailors everything to fit your business.
